By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions of Sale These terms and conditions will apply to all purchases made from Sprout Living. whether you are ordering online or via phone. Please read this document carefully before placing your order.

Payment Acceptable methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We will take all the reasonable steps to keep your order details and payment information secure.

Your Agreement With Us We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible, either by email (if your order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your order is placed over the telephone). A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and payment will be accepted via your preferred method of payment.

Shipping Policy You will have the option to select from the available shipping methods available. These may change from time to time. All orders will be shipped Monday - Friday. Depending on the method selected and other factors, shipping will be based on real-time calculations unless otherwise prompted. We will do everything in our power to ship orders within 24 hours. Tracking numbers will be provided upon availability. Sprout Living or its affiliates are not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with shipping or customs imposed in any respective receiving country. Sprout Living is also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that may arise during shipping, unless proven to be related to packaging or faulty products.

Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR OPENED/TAMPERED ITEMS. Items apart from the previous exception carry a 30-day return policy. They must be unopened, unless the product is defective. The customer is responsible for all return shipments costs, unless the product is defective. All returns are charged a 15% restocking fee. Prior to any return you must notify Sprout Living of your intentions.

Availability All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price. We will take all the reasonable steps to ensure our represented stock levels are accurate.

Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sprout Living.
