Look and feel your best with this Very Berry Collagen Smoothie. It's loaded with vitamin C and beauty-boosting superfoods!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp ground sunflower and sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp sea miss gel
  • 1 tsp Mesquite
  • 2 tsp broccoli kale sprout mix
  • Small handful of spinach
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 scoops Epic Protein : Pro Collagen
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend.
  2. Enjoy!
