This Vanilla Lucuma Buckwheat Shake combines buckwheat, dates and pears with our Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma for a delicious shake that is enhanced with pure, complete protein and extra nutritious, whole superfoods – perfect as a pre- or post-workout boost. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cup cold, filtered water
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat (pre-soaked and drained)
  • 1 pitted date (soaked and drained)
  • splash of vanilla and/or almond extract
  • 1 frozen, sliced pear
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 serving (32 g) Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma
  • pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
  2. Enjoy!

NOTES

Optionally garnish with buckwheat and cinnamon.
