These Vanilla Bean Peanut Butter Protein Balls use only four easy-to-find ingredients including our Epic Vanilla Lucuma for a delicious protein- and fiber-packed snack that will help energize you through the day. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
  • 10 organic medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tablespoon Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until everything is well combined.
  2. With your hands, scoop out a handful at a time, forming into round balls by rolling and squeezing between your hands.
  3. Refrigerate for approximately 15-30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Enjoy!
