This Raw Coconut Chocolate Smoothie is a fully raw, high energy smoothie that is packed with electrolytes, has a ton of added nutrition thanks to the Epic Protein : Chocolate Maca and is ideal as post-workout smoothie to help replenish your body. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- Young Thai Coconut (water and gel/meat)
- 1 large banana
- 2 scoops Epic Protein : Chocolate Maca protein powder
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
DIRECTIONS
- Open coconut and poor coconut water into blender.
- Add remaining ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Enjoy!
For a thicker smoothie, scoop out coconut meat and add to blender before blending or poor mixture back into coconut to use as a glass and eat meat/gel with spoon.
