This Rainbow Pitaya Smoothie Bowl combines a plethora of exotic superfood ingredients like dragon fruit, kale and wheatgrass into three separate but equally delicious and colorful layers of this beautiful smoothie bowl. Enjoy!


For the Pink Layer 

  • 1 Pitaya Plus frozen smoothie pack
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut water

For the Green Layer

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 lemon
  • 1 cup almond milk

For the White Layer

  • Coconut yogurt
  1. Add all ingredients of each layer to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
  2. Add each layer in alternating fashion to your bowl, and then top with your favorite granola and drizzle.
  3. Enjoy!
