Pumpkin Pie Vanilla Smoothie

This Pumpkin Pie Vanilla Smoothie is the perfect healthy fall treat. It’s vegan, paleo, gluten-free and packed with warm, cozy flavors. Top it with pecans, granola, a spoonful of coconut whip – or all three!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (frozen into cubes)
  • 1 serving Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2-1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • small pinch turmeric for colour + black pepper to activate turmeric goodness
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seed milk (or any plant milk) to blend, more as needed to achieve desired texture
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend everything up.
  2. Pour, and enjoy!
