This Pumpkin Pie Parfait with Rawnola is made by combining a layer of pumpkin puree and sweet potato pudding and adding it to rawnola, made with rolled oats, dates and our Simple Pumpkin Seed Protein, all topped with coconut whipped cream. Enjoy!

  1. Combine the rawnola ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on low speed until clumpy.
