Chef:Tracy Russell

Through Incredible Smoothies, Tracy has been teaching people how to gain essential nutrients using green smoothies since 2009. Green Smoothies are not just weight loss or health improvement tools; they are nutritious meals that are packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber. After losing forty pounds, Tracy became a believer in the power of green smoothies and whole foods. She’s watched her high cholesterol drop by fifty points, and her adult acne cleared up. Tracy’s experiences with green smoothies and whole foods inspired her to help others improve their own health through her amazing recipes and knowledge.
