This Pumpkin Cream Smoothie Recipe is a perfect post-workout recovery smoothie that combines our Simple Pumpkin Seed : Superfood Natural with pumpkin puree, fresh celery and almond milk for tons of nutrients perfect for a proper and speedy recovery. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk (homemade version in 3 minutes – recipe here)
- 1 scoop Simple Pumpkin Seed : Superfood Natural
- 1 Tbsp bee pollen (optional)*
DIRECTIONS
- Pour all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and pulse on high until mixture is thick and creamy. (if too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency.)
