This Pineapple Crush smoothie combines super flavorful ingredients like brazil nut milk, pineapple and avocado for a refreshing, nutritious and delicious smoothie. Easy to make and perfect for a midday snack, we’re sure you’ll enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 650 ml brazil nut milk (see Rachael’s Nut Milk recipe here)
- 3 1/2 cups pineapple
- 3/4 cup avocado
- 1 tablespoon maca powder (we prefer Epic Protein : Chocolate Maca –SL)
- 2 tablespoons mulberries
- 1 tablespoon mint
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in the blender of your choice and blend on high until a smooth consistency.
- Sprinkle with extra mulberries and add extra tablespoons of fresh mint, if desired.
- Enjoy!
