This Pineapple Crush smoothie combines super flavorful ingredients like brazil nut milk, pineapple and avocado for a refreshing, nutritious and delicious smoothie. Easy to make and perfect for a midday snack, we’re sure you’ll enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 650 ml brazil nut milk (see Rachael’s Nut Milk recipe here)
  • 3 1/2 cups pineapple
  • 3/4 cup avocado
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder (we prefer Epic Protein : Chocolate Maca –SL)
  • 2 tablespoons mulberries
  • 1 tablespoon mint
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender of your choice and blend on high until a smooth consistency.
  2. Sprinkle with extra mulberries and add extra tablespoons of fresh mint, if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
