This refreshing Pineapple Cilantro Smoothie is a delicious treat that combines fresh pineapple, kale and cilantro with non-dairy milk and packs an abundance of vitamin c, manganese, vitamin k, vitamin a, B6, potassium and other essential nutrients. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup fresh kale
- ½ cup coconut or almond milk (I use coconut milk to add a tropical note)
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 3-5 ice cubes (for added frothiness)
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
- Enjoy!
