This Kale, Fig and Blueberry Smoothie recipe is a nutritious combination of kale, figs, blueberries, banana, hemp seed and our Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma, giving you a delicious smoothie that is enhanced with pure, complete protein and extra nutritious, whole superfoods. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 handfuls kale (I used frozen kale)
- 1/2 cup figs
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1.5 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1 tbs tahini
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 serving Epic Protein : Vanilla Lucuma
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
- Enjoy!
