These Honey Pistachio Protein Bites are the perfect on-the-go, protein-packed snack made from our Epic Green Kingdom with rolled oats, pistachios, cashew butter and more. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup shelled pistachios
  • 1 serving Epic Protein : Green Kingdom
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ plus 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup cashew butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a thick dough forms (if the mixture is not cohesive enough to form the bites, try adding an extra tablespoon of honey!)
  2. Scoop out small golf ball-size chunks and form into 12 bites with your hands.
  3. Enjoy!
