This recipe crafts a perfectly delicious, nutritious and raw mocha “coffee” for your mornings. It uses dandy blend as an herbal coffee alternative and adds to it almonds, dates, a touch of vanilla and cacao and maca powders. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp of raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp of dandy blend (an herbal coffee alternative)
  • 1 tsp of maca powder
  • 2 dates
  • a pinch (or a drizzle) of vanilla
  • 1 cup of water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Continue processing until the mixture is slightly warm.
  3. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
