This recipe brings together fresh, raw herbs and green apples for a juice that is rich in detoxifying agents, works as a good blood purifier and is deliciously sweet with a nice herbacious hint. Sip and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch of mint
- 1 to 2 green apples
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- ½ cup water
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to the juicer of your choice and mix thoroughly for nice fluid consistency.
- Try alternating pieces of apple with water in order to get the most juice out of everything.
- Enjoy!
