If you’re the kind of person that likes to squeeze in your daily apple, try mixing it up with this Creamy Apple Protein Smoothie! This fresh and fruity green smoothie is loaded with vitamins and minerals, and more or less Epic Protein : Original can be added to suit your needs.


  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1 baby cucumber
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Epic Protein : Original (increase to 1-2 scoops as needed)
  • 8 ounces of filtered water
  1. Start by adding the liquid to your blender, followed by the soft fruit. Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
  2. Use up to 2 scoops of Epic Protein : Original for a more substantial meal replacement, or when having a smoothie before or after your workout.
