This Cherry Banana Smoothie combines Epic Protein : Original with raw cacao powder, hemp and chia seeds and delicious raw fruits for a pre- or post-workout smoothie that will boost your energy and fuel your body with high-quality protein. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups frozen cherries
- 4 bananas
- 1 small beet
- 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2-3 tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 1 scoop Epic Protein : Original
- 2 cups mixed greens of your choice
- water or coconut water- to desired thickness
DIRECTIONS
- Toss all ingredients in your blender and blend on high for approximately 30 seconds, or until desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
