Fresh blueberries and creamy raw macadamia milk with the added nutrition of baby spinach, chia seeds and raw coconut water combine for this delicious and nutritious smoothie that you might just mistake for an actual blended blueberry pie. Sip and enjoy!


  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups raw macadamia milk or other plant-based milk
  • 1 cup raw coconut water or filtered water
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves or more
  • 1 cup ice cubes (if using fresh blueberries)
  • 4 – 6 pitted dates
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free natural vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp regular pinch of ground cinnamon
  1. Add all ingredients to the juicer of your choice and mix thoroughly for nice fluid consistency.
  2. Enjoy!


Serves 1 – about one 16 oz. glass
