This Blueberry Pecan Cinnamon Roll Shake combines raw pecans, dates and frozen blueberries with our Epic Protein : Original for a delicious superfood-empowered shake that is packed with pure, complete protein. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cold, filtered water
  • 1/4 cup raw pecans
  • 2 dates
  • 1 serving Epic Protein: Original
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the water, raw pecans and dates in the blender for your pecan milk base.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
  3. Enjoy!

NOTES

Optionally garnish with cinnamon, blueberries and pecans.
