This Berry Lucuma Acai Bowl combines fresh fruit like mangos, blueberries and raspberries with healthy-fat-loaded avocado and nutrient-dense acai for a delicious smoothie bowl. Enjoy!
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 avocado
- Handful mango
- 1/2 frozen banana
- frozen açaí smoothie pack
- 1 tsp lucuma powder*
- toppings fresh berries, banana, granola
- Add all ingredients to blender (note: for best mixing, add them in this order: liquids, non-frozen solids and powders, then frozen ingredients) and blend on high until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
