Tart, sweet and filled with the goodness of pumpkin seeds, this Banana Cherry Pumpkin Smoothie is the perfect breakfast or snack! Soft and sweet bananas are blended with cherries, vanilla and our pure Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder for a delicious and simple protein smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder
- ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla from 1 vanilla bean (preferred)
- 8 oz filtered water
DIRECTIONS
- Start by adding the liquid to your blender, followed by the soft fruit, and finally the vanilla extract or vanilla bean. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
- Add 1 scoop of Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder for a more substantial meal replacement, or when having a smoothie before or after your workout.
