This Acai Power Bowl, a delicious blend of fruits, fresh Thai coconut water and meat and lucuma, maca and acai powders, delivers a ton of antioxidants and other health benefits – a perfect start to the day! Enjoy!


  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 2 tablespoons acai powder
  • 1 cup fresh thai coconut water and meat
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a thoroughly smooth consistency.
  2. Pour in a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice such as banana, passionfruit, fresh thai coconut meat and goji berries.
