We may modify these terms and conditions without your consent, so please revisit these terms and conditions prior to using SproutLiving.com.

These terms and conditions will apply to all purchases made from Sprout Living, LLC. whether you are ordering online or by telephone. Please read this document carefully before placing your order.

Acceptable methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, check or money order. We will take all the reasonable steps to keep your order details and payment information secure.

We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible, either by email (if your order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your order is placed over the telephone). A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and payment will be accepted via your preferred method of payment.

For all perishable foods (i.e. sprouts) SproutLiving.com will use overnight FedEx shipping. All other non-perishable products, UPS or USPS shipping services will be used. All orders will be shipped Monday thru Thursday. Saturday delivery is available upon special request (must be telephoned in). Orders for Saturday delivery will have a surcharge of $10.00. All shipping will be based on real-time calculations. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges if the real shipping cost is different than what you are provided.

Perishable Foods: Shipping generally ranges from $40.00 to $90.00 and will be shipped using FedEx Overnight Service. Most orders will be received next day before noon if the order is placed before 1pm EST. These perishable foods are shipped from California so if you are residing on the west coast, shipping rates may be lower. An additional $8.00 packaging fee (oversized box, ice packs, etc.) will be applied. Save on shipping by ordering larger quantities. The lifespan of sprouts ranges from 5-7 days if kept in proper storing conditions. NO International orders will be accepted for perishable food items.

Non-Perishable Items: These include foods not needing refrigeration, equipment, books, DVDs, etc. Shipping services for these items will be either UPS Ground or USPS, based on convenience and availability. Shipping rates will be calculated using real-time shipping. Equipment products have free UPS Ground shipping. International orders are accepted; however equipments products will have a shipping fee assessed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS. All other items carry a 15 day return policy. They must be unopened, unless the product is defective or expired. The customer is responsible for all return shipments, unless the product is defective or expired. Prior to any return, SproutLiving, LLC. must be notified either via email or telephone.

All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price.

Sprout Living, LLC. has made every effort to display as accurately the colors of our products that appear on SproutLiving.com. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual product. While we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted are approximate.

All perishable foods come pre-washed and ready to eat. Occasional mineral-rich, nontoxic rock particles may be found dispersed in the food. These are harmless and are used for growing purposes. Please pick these out before consumption. Perishable food items are delivered with the optimum storing conditions, to recreate this environment, place plastic container in bag and keep on lowest shelf in the refrigerator. Another storing alternative is to remove perishable foods from plastic container and put into glass jars, also keeping on bottom shelf. Make sure perishable food items do not freeze or get to cold.
