Epic Oatmeal: Chocolate Maca Protein Oatmeal

Do you love getting your daily protein from our Epic Protein powders, but are tired of the same old smoothies everyday? Here's a simple protein oatmeal recipe that's chocolatey and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats or the oats of your preference
- 1/2 scoop Epic Protein: Chocolate Maca
- 1/2 Tbsp of Truly Raw Cacao Powder from RawGuru
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (or more depending on your taste)
- 1/4 cup or more water
- Optional: a handful of chopped Sunbiotics Chocolate Probiotic Almonds or Organic Raw Arriba Nacional Cacao Nibs from RawGuru
- Optional: A chopped up banana and/or a few chopped up strawberries
Directions:
- Mix the dry ingredients together first. (But save your optional toppings for last)
- Then add the wet ingredients.
- Set the stove to a low to medium heat
- Cook for about three to five minutes - until you get the consistency you like best. Stir as needed.
- Pour oatmeal into bowl and add your toppings. The Chocolate Probiotic Almonds will give an extra crunch and the Organic Raw Arriba Nacional Cacao Nibs will make it extra chocolate-y. And the bananas and strawberries will add a cool freshness. Experiment with the toppings you like best, maybe you'll even end up throwing them all in!
- Add your dairy-free topping.

ChocoMaca Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
5 oz Almond Milk (plain, unsweetened)
5 oz spring water
3/4 frozen banana
2 scoops of Sprout Living's Epic Protein : Chocolate Maca
1 tbs cacao powder (leave some for garnish)
1/2 tbs maca powder for garnish
1/2 tbs coconut oil
Methods/steps
1. Place all ingredients into blender.
2. Puree until smooth and creamy.
3. Tweak flavors to taste and devour.
4. Garnish with cacao and maca powder.
Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups ice
1 cup filtered water
½ cup raw chopped pitted dates
¼ cup raw cashews
¼ cup lemon flesh (1 whole small lemon) peeled and pips removed
1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
5 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp Sprout Living's Epic Protein Vanilla Lucuma Powder
1 tsp non alcoholic vanilla extract
½ tsp freshly grated lemon zest
pinch Celtic sea salt
Methods/steps
1. Place the water into your Vitamix first , and then the other ingredients.
2. Puree until smooth and creamy.
3. Tweak flavors to taste and devour.
Thicken with chia seeds to make a pudding!
Mango Acai Sproutein Green Smoothie

Ingredients
3 cups fresh or frozen ripe mango
3 cups filtered water or raw coconut water
2 cups raw baby spinach
2 cups of ice (if using fresh mango)
1 pouch (100g or 3.53 oz) frozen pure acai puree
1 fresh or frozen ripe banana
1 scoop of Sprout Living's Sproutein Protein
2 chopped pitted dates or a few drops of liquid stevia or more depending on your taste preference

1. Place the water into your Vitamix first , and then the other ingredients.
2. Puree until smooth and creamy.

Strawberry Lemonade Sprouted Green Smoothie
Strawberry Lemonade Sprouted Green Smoothie

Ingredients
3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce or baby spinach
2 cups ice if using fresh fruit
1 ½ cups filtered water or raw coconut water
¼ cup lemon flesh (1 whole lemon peeled with pips removed)
¼ cup or 1/3 cup chopped pitted dates depending on your taste preference
6 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp Sprout Living's Broccoli & Kale Sprout Mix
Methods/steps
1. Place the water into your blender first, and then the other ingredients.
2. You will need your tamper to help start the mixing.
3. Puree until smooth and creamy.
4. Tweak flavors to taste and devour. (You might want some more lemon juice or sweetener.)
You could thin this out with more water for more of a drink consistency.
