What we have done with our line of FD Sprout Powders is amazing, and have solved these issues above. We take the finest organic, non-GMO seeds for our freeze dried sprouts. We provide adequate sprouting time, and pure water during sprouting. We harvest the sprouts and that day we take them to the freeze drier. Freeze drying removes essentially all the moisture.
