What we have done with our line of FD Sprout Powders is amazing, and have solved these issues above. We take the finest organic, non-GMO seeds for our sprouts. We provide adequate sprouting time, and pure water during sprouting. We harvest the sprouts and that day we take them to the freeze drier. Freeze drying removes essentially all the moisture.

This actually solves a few of our problems.

2. By removing moisture we dramatically reduce the feeding ground for bacteria and fungus.

3. By removing moisture we eliminate costly shipping. Water is heavy!

4. All our seeds are certified organic and are produced in a facility that is vegan, kosher and our products are tested for gluten.

5. Our batches of FD Sprout Powders are 3rd party tested for things like e. coli, salmonella, listeria, etc.

6. Our process concentrates, in a 3:1 ratio. This increases nutrient content per serving!
